Le Smoking

Le Smoking is a dual lounge speaker inspired by 'Saint Laurent Paris' and it's most iconic look 'Le Smoking.' Created in 1966 by famous couturier Yves Saint Laurent, the Le Smoking tuxedo suit for women was the first of its kind to earn attention in the fashion world and popular culture. It has empowered women by giving them the option to wear clothes that were normally worn by men with influence and power.

Inspired by the Helmut Newton's iconic photo of two women in Yves Saint Laurent's le smoking tuxedo, which captured a controversial statement of femininity- sexuality that did not rely on ruffles or exposed skin, but instead smoldered beneath the sharp contours of a perfectly cut jacket and trouser, this dual body speaker creates the stark monochrome simplicity with the lines of sharp edges and it's asymmetric balance.
